Processing Times
At Acoustara, we strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days. Custom orders or specialized acoustic solutions may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Domestic Shipping Options & Timeframes
We offer the following domestic shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Next Day Shipping: 1 business day (available for orders placed before 12 PM EST)
All domestic shipments are packaged securely to ensure your acoustic products arrive safely.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times vary by destination and may take 7-21 business days. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use the following carriers for shipping:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
Carrier choice may depend on the shipping option selected and the destination.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
Damaged / Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Free Shipping Threshold
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100. This offer excludes expedited shipping options.
Special Handling
Due to the fragile nature of some acoustic products, special handling is required. All items will be packaged with care, using protective materials to prevent damage during transit. If you have specific handling requests, please contact us prior to placing your order.
