Return Window & Eligibility
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Acoustic Solutions-Specific Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made acoustic panels or products
- Hygiene products such as earplugs or any personal sound equipment
- Digital goods including downloadable software or audio files
- Perishable items like acoustic treatments that have a shelf life
Return Condition Requirements
All returned items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals. Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal value. To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item once the return is initiated.
Defective / Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please provide photos of the defect or error for our records.
